Phase 02: Strategy workshops

I'll invite you to your Client portal and send over an initial questionnaire for you to fill before our first 1:1 strategy session.

Then, we'll get on a call to go over your responses and dig even deeper with a workshop.

Based on what we discuss, I'll do some additional research into your market and then we'll hop on a few more strategy calls (or your preferred communication method) to cover additional points and make any necessary changes.

Phase 03: Brand Guide + Handoff

Once we're settled on your positioning, I'll create a Brand Strategy Guide (PDF doc) covering all the key brand points - your purpose, vision, audience, positioning, personality and more. Then, I'll walk you through how to use the brand guide and what steps to take next.

If you'd like to add on the Product Ecosystem package, just let me know and we can get started on it! That's where we dive into your core brand offerings - whether that's a physical product, a service or digital product. We'll analyze and rework your offerings to meet your client/customers' needs and align with your brand vision.
