Phase 01: Free 30-minute discovery call

First we'll get on a 30-minute discovery call to talk about your business goals and what could be holding you back right now with your website. If we're a good fit, we'll agree on the plan of action and get started.

Phase 02: Strategy - Website Goals & Customer Journey Map

We'll start by setting specific measurable goals for your website - whether that's converting sales, collecting emails or some other business goal.

Then we'll delve deep into your target audience's needs, pain points and goals. Once we know what they need, we'll create user persona(s) and a customer journey map to figure out how your website pages will guide your customers to your end goal!

Phase 03: Content Outline & Wireframe

Here, I'll create an outline of the content and functionality required to meet your website and users goals.

Once that's finalized, I'll move on to design the wireframes using the content outline and fill in the designs with the content provided by you (or your team).

Important: If you'd like me to work on copywriting for the website, it'll come at an additional cost. Otherwise, the designs will be filled with Lorem Ipsum text, if there's no content available.

Phase 04: Creative Direction & UI Design

Okayy here's where the magic happens ✨

With a clear direction for the website layout and content, I'll work on a style guide and art direction to match your brand aesthetic. Then, I'll create designs for the major pages for our initial review in Figma.

Important: I offer 3 revision rounds as a part of my Web Design services, but additional revision rounds cost $50 each.

Phase 05: Handoff

At this point, you've reviewed and approved all the web designs. We're ready to bring it to life! I'll clean up the Figma files and organize it, so it's ready for handoff.

Important: I currently don't offer web development services, but I can work with your developer to ensure that the designs are implemented as accurately as possible for a fee. Look out for web development services soon though! 👀

Our goal here is to set a website plan and create wireframes to display the content blocks and simulate the final navigation • User Goals, Customer/Buyer Journey, Content Plan, Information Architecture, Wireframes
Style Guide
We’ll set the broad direction for your website's visual identity • Creative Direction, Visual Design, Colors, Typography, UI Component Guide
Web Design and Final Prototype
I'll translate the wireframes into a full website prototype • Responsive Design, Prototype, Design Files (optional)
