Our branding process entirely depends on the brief provided and how many elements and brand assets require creation. If you have a specific deadline, please tell me before we start. Also note, that we may add a rush fee if you would like us to complete your project at a faster rate.

All bookings need a deposit to be made within a week of signing a project proposal & contract to secure a spot with us. Please note that we only take on 1-2 branding clients per month, so any deposits must be made as soon as possible before you lose your spot.

Yes! A deposit is required to be officially booked in, but you'll be able to pay your final rate in 1, 2, or 3 installments based on the final investment.

Yes! You will receive a brand guidelines packet that teaches you how to use your logos and color palette, and where to buy the proper font license.

We primarily work with Adobe applications, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, & Photoshop. The files we can provide you with are as follows: JPEGS, PNG, PDF, & SVG files. We can also provide a copy of the original Illustrator, Indesign, or Photoshop files (also note that to open these files, you will have to have access to these specific Adobe applications). When we package up your final files, we'll share a Google Drive folder, where you will have access to all of your assets, this includes presentations and brand guidelines.

We will initially communicate through email if the client inquires through our Art website. Otherwise, initial communication will be conducted through Contra. Then we will communicate through Zoom or Google Meets for a discovery call, & other presentations. For initial feedback on designs, we'll do so through Contra & the Notion App where your client portal will be located.
