Notion Client Portal
We use Notion as our project management tool, where we keep you updated on every step of the project. You will have full access to the Notion portal, where you can see the progress, timeline, feedback, deliverables of the project, project files, and project updates. We want you to feel confident and involved in the project. Our goal is to provide you full visibility on the project 24/7.
Project Brief Questionnaire
The questionnaire is designed to be easy to understand and filled with guiding questions and videos. We want you to have all the time you need to ponder each question and provide well-thought-out answers. The answers you'll provide will be our guide for designing your brand identity.
3 Stylescapes
(Phase 1 Deliverable) Before we start designing your brand identity, we will create 3 stylescapes for you to choose from. A stylescape is a powerful tool that goes beyond visuals to capture the essence of your brand. It is a collection of images, colors, fonts, and other elements that show you how your brand identity will look on different applications, such as websites, social media, packaging, etc. It helps us to understand your preferences and expectations, and it guides us to create a logo and other branding elements that match your vision. You will receive 3 different stylescapes, each with a unique theme and vibe. You can select the one that resonates with you the most, or you can mix and match elements from different stylescapes. We will use your feedback to refine the stylescape and move on to the next phase of the project.
Strategy and Creative Direction Presentation
(Phase 1 Deliverable) We will show you our creative direction and how it aligns with your brand strategy. We will explain how we used the information you provided in the comprehensive project brief questionnaire to create a design that suits your goals and values. We will also present you the 3 stylescapes that we created based on your preferences and expectations. You will have the chance to give us your feedback and input on the creative direction and the stylescapes, and we will work together to finalize the one that you like the most. This is very important, as it sets the foundation for the rest of the project.
Brand Identity Presentation
(Phase 2 Deliverable) We will present you the complete brand identity design that we have created for you. We will explain how we followed the chosen creative direction and moodboard to develop a logo and other branding elements that suit your brand’s personality, message, and values. We will also show you how your logo and brand identity look on different applications, such as business cards, flyers, social media graphics, etc.
Logo Design
(Phase 2 Deliverable) You will get your approved logo files in various formats and sizes. You will receive a folder containing: - A vector file (AI or EPS) that you can edit and scale without losing quality - A high-resolution raster file (PNG or JPG) that you can use for web and print purposes - A favicon file (ICO) that you can use for your website or app icon - A transparent file (PNG) that you can use for overlaying your logo on different backgrounds - A black and white file (PNG or JPG) that you can use for monochrome applications.
Color Palette
(Phase 2 Deliverable) You will get your color palette in the brand guidelines document, which is a PDF file that shows you how to use your logo and color palette correctly and consistently.
Typography
(Phase 2 Deliverable) Typography is the art and technique of arranging letters and words to create a visual impact and communicate a message. It is an essential part of your brand identity, as it helps you to express your brand’s personality, tone, and style. We will select the best fonts for your brand, based on your preferences, goals, and target audience. We will also define the font sizes, weights, alignments, and spacing for your logo and other branding elements. You will get your typography guide in the brand guidelines document, which is a PDF file that shows you how to use your logo and typography correctly and consistently.
Visual Theme (Patterns, Illustration, or Photgraphy)
(Phase 2 Deliverable) A visual theme is a set of elements that add more depth and personality to your brand identity. It can include shapes and lines, a certain photography or illustration style, custom patterns, or other elements that complement your logo, fonts, and colors. A visual theme helps you to create a consistent and attractive look for your brand across different platforms and channels. We will create a visual theme for you based on your preferences, goals, and target audience. We will also show you how to use your visual theme on mock layouts, such as websites, social media, packaging, etc. You will get your visual theme guide in the brand guidelines document, which is a PDF file that shows you how to use your logo, typography, color palette, and visual theme correctly and consistently.
Brand Touchpoints Presentation | *OPTIONAL
If you include the optional Phase 03 here in this package, you will receive a brand touchpoints presentation that includes: - A list of the brand touchpoints that you need for your brand, such as website, social media, business cards, flyers, packaging, signage, etc. - A design for each brand touchpoint, showing how your brand identity elements will be applied on it.

Brand touchpoints are the places where your customers will interact with your brand. They are the opportunities for you to create a positive impression and a lasting relationship with your customers. We will also show you how to use your brand identity elements, such as your logo, typography, color palette, and visual theme, on your brand touchpoints, to create a consistent and attractive look for your brand. This package offers multiple selections of brand touchpoints. Please refer to the package description above.
Brand Guidelines | FREE
A document that tells you everything you need to know about your brand identity. It shows you how to use your logo, colors, fonts, images, and other visual elements to create a consistent and attractive look for your brand. It also explains the meaning and message behind your brand, such as your brand positioning, brand messaging, taglines, target audience, and other important details. A brand guidelines can help you to communicate your brand identity clearly and effectively to your customers, partners, and employees. It can also help you to avoid any confusion or inconsistency in your brand representation. A brand guidelines can vary in size and complexity, depending on your brand’s needs and goals. It can be as short as ten pages or as long as hundreds of pages.
