Process

We will have weekly meetings that are pre-scheduled and agreed upon by both parties through any suitable communicagtion channel. During these meetings, we will discuss the progress of the project and manage it using the Trello board/ Excel/ Notion. Performance reports will be shared either in the form of a PDF or on the Notion Dashboard. For any documents or sensitive information, we will use email to share them securely.
