It's important that what your company promises is delivered upon. For example, companies with a visual brand that is upbeat and enthusiastic will be let down by bored-sounding contact center staff. When there's a disconnect between what a brand promises and what customers actually experience, customers lose trust.
Brand voice, when applied consistently, really brings your brand to life. But often contact center staff and those creating copy or scripts don't truly understand how to speak in a company's brand voice.
