I'm an excitable human and have been leading teams for 10 years. I've managed multiple pieces of work from inception to completion and re-engaged teams who are part way through work. I have strong leadership skills, combine kindness with concepts to align visions to deliverables and comfortable getting teams delivering working software that delights customers.

Starting process (that we can tweak to your needs)

1. First we'll have a video call so I can get to know you, your successes and challenges and identify what can be improved and implementation ideas.

2. I'll follow up with feedback and an initial plan.

3. We'll then set up the tools and equip you with the techniques to reinvigorate your project and give you the confidence you need to thrive.

4. We'll have a session with the team to bring them on the journey

5. I'll send you all of the tools, follow ups so you can continue to build your product.
