Auth, billing and the boring parts done properly. Stripe, accounts, permissions, and the error states nobody demos but everybody hits.

The AI part built like a feature rather than a bolt-on. Model routing by task, prompts and context you can version, structured outputs that are validated before they reach your UI, and retrieval if your product needs it.

A frontend that makes the model legible: progress while something long is running, partial results that stay readable, failures that explain themselves.

Deployed, instrumented and handed over. Tests where money and data are involved, CI and CD, tracing, and token cost visible per feature.

Not included: a design system from scratch, mobile apps, or SOC 2. If you need those, say so up front and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person.
