Starter scope — $120: one Power BI report page using up to two agreed Excel/CSV tables, five KPIs and six visuals. Includes straightforward data cleanup/relationships, source-total validation, a PBIX file, refresh notes and one revision against the agreed scope.

Please provide redacted sample data, column meanings, KPI formulas, intended audience, required filters and your Power BI Desktop version. Scope and a sample layout are agreed before a contract starts.

Turnaround: two weeks after agreed inputs and a confirmed start date. Intended effort: up to eight total hours. My overall availability is 10 hours/week.

Not included: paid licenses, live ERP/API connectors, complex DAX, row-level security, tenant administration, real-time streaming or ongoing support. Larger data models require a separate quote. Validation uses agreed calculations, not invented business assumptions.
