Make a small construction schedule easier to review and act on.

Starter scope — $120: one schedule or agreed subset of up to 100 activities. I review available logic, calendars, constraints, progress consistency and critical-path concerns. Deliverables: a prioritized issue register with activity references, a concise management summary and one clarification/revision within scope.

Please provide an authorized, redacted schedule/export, data date, calendars, scope context and review criteria. File compatibility and review boundaries are confirmed before a contract. Only appropriately licensed tools are used.

Turnaround: two weeks after agreed inputs and confirmed start. Intended effort: up to eight total hours; overall availability is 10 hours/week across all work.

Excluded: forensic expert opinions, certified delay claims, large baseline creation, legal entitlement advice and guaranteed recovery or completion forecasts. Larger schedules need separate scope.
