Positioning & Digital Direction Sprint

For founders and teams whose offer, positioning or digital presence has fallen behind the business.
A focused strategic engagement to identify what is not working, establish a sharper direction and make better decisions before committing to major design or development work.
Starting at $1,800. Typically delivered over 2 weeks.

What’s included

Discovery and diagnostic audit of your current offer, presence and decision context
Focused competitive and category assessment
Audience, offer and positioning recommendations
Messaging hierarchy and digital creative direction
Prioritised execution roadmap
Strategic playback session and 1 consolidated refinement round

How it runs

Week 1: We review the current picture, identify gaps and align on the decision that needs to be made.
Week 2: You receive the direction, messaging hierarchy and roadmap, followed by a playback session and one consolidated round of refinement.

What you receive

A strategy deck, messaging hierarchy, priority matrix and a recommended next-phase scope where useful. The output is designed to help you move into design, build or internal execution with less guesswork.

What’s outside the base scope

Full brand identity production, extensive UI design, website implementation, long-form copywriting, multi-market research and additional workshops are quoted separately.
This Sprint can lead into a larger Lowkey.Club engagement, but it is useful on its own. You do not need to book a build to get value from it.

Working together

You’ll share your current site or product, relevant sales or marketing material, existing research and the key decision you need to make. Timelines depend on timely access to those inputs and consolidated feedback from your team.

Ownership and next step

Once the engagement is complete, you can use the final strategic materials within your business. Any implementation, specialist research or third-party costs sit outside this service unless explicitly included in a follow-on scope.
Send your current site, a little business context and the decision you need to make. I’ll confirm whether this Sprint is the right starting point.
