Process

ONBOARDING
Welcome aboard! Clients are ushered into a streamlined onboarding experience. Here, you receive access to your personalized Notion portal, the command center for your project. You'll be presented with a comprehensive brand proposal, sign a contract, and initiate the collaboration by making a 50% deposit, marking the official commencement of our creative journey together.
2. DISCOVERY
In the Discovery phase, we delve deep into defining your brand. You fill out a detailed Brand Discovery Questionnaire, providing essential insights. Our collaboration advances to a strategic brand call, where we unpack your answers, refining and defining crucial aspects of your brand. From this phase, I craft a comprehensive Brand Strategy Document, outlining your mission, vision, values, and target audience ( strategy only applicable for mini brand and full brand design packages). You're then presented with two distinct creative directions to choose from.
3. DESIGN
With your chosen creative direction, we move into the Design phase. Here, I meticulously bring your brand identity to life, incorporating visuals that resonate with your unique story. A presentation of the concept ensues, accompanied by a detailed explanation of each design choice. If needed, revisions are made, ensuring the final outcome aligns seamlessly with your vision and goals.
4. DELIVERY
Congratulations! In the Delivery phase, we sign off on the project, and you receive all necessary files along with comprehensive brand guidelines. Post-sign-off, I remain available for support and clarification for up to two weeks. Now equipped with your new brand, you're ready to confidently take on the world, leaving a lasting impression wherever your business ventures lead.
