• What’s included in a brand identity design project?

  You’ll walk away with a full, custom-built brand identity system — including a logo suite (logotype, logomark, wordmark, and alternates), color palettes, fonts, icon sets, brand patterns, textures, mockups, and a style guidebook to keep everything consistent and on-brand.

• What’s this “4D Approach” you use?

  It’s the framework I use with all branding projects: Discover – We get to know each other and talk through your story and goals. Define – We clarify your brand’s voice, target audience, and the core problem we’re solving. Design – I create your new identity system and share progress along the way. Deploy – We wrap it all up with a full brand package + style guide, and celebrate the win.

• Do you offer strategy sessions too, or just design?

  Absolutely. Strategy is baked into the process. Before I design anything, we dive into the brand's soul — who you are, who you're talking to, what you stand for. That work gets documented and included in your brand package as a Google Doc, Notion doc, or PDF.

• What kind of deliverables do I receive at the end?

  You’ll get: - Full logo suite (primary, secondary, alternates) - Fonts, colors, patterns, and textures - Custom icons or badges (as needed) - Brand mockups to bring the visuals to life - A detailed brand style guide PDF - All files organized and delivered for easy handoff

• What if I already have a logo or some brand elements?

  No problem. I can build around your existing brand if it makes sense, or we can start fresh and elevate what’s already there. We’ll figure that out together during the Discover/Define phase.

• Can I use this brand for web, packaging, social, etc.?

  Yes! The identity is built to be flexible and scalable. Whether you’re launching a website, printing merch, or building out a social media presence — your brand will have the assets and systems to thrive across all channels.

• What if I need templates or brand assets for my team?

  I can totally help with that. Whether it’s social post templates, email headers, or internal docs — just let me know during the project, and we’ll tailor the deliverables to your needs.

• Can I request edits or feedback during the process?

  Definitely. This is a collaboration, not a handoff. I’ll be checking in regularly with updates and progress reports, and you’ll always have the chance to give feedback so we stay on the same page.

• What format will I get the final files in?

  Everything will be delivered in high-resolution and vector formats (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PNG, .JPG, PDF for the guidebook). You’ll also get a neat, organized folder — or Notion space if you prefer — with everything ready to use or share.

• Will I be able to manage the brand on my own after the handoff?

  100%. That’s why I include a Brand Style Guide — it’s your playbook for how to use your brand confidently and consistently, whether it’s you, a designer, or your entire team implementing it.

• Do you help with brand naming or taglines?

  I can assist and guide with that during the strategy phase, especially if it comes up organically during our discovery. If you need deep naming/positioning work, we can add that to the scope or collaborate with a naming strategist.

• Do you offer support after the project wraps up?

  I do! After the Deploy phase, I’ll check in with you to see how the brand is working in the wild. If you need additional support, templates, or long-term creative help, we can chat about ongoing design support or a retainer setup.

• How does payment work?

  It’s a simple 50/50 split: 50% upfront to book the project and begin, and 50% after the final handoff call in the Deploy phase. This keeps things smooth, respectful, and mutually committed.
