• 1. What is included in the base package?

  The base package includes custom Figma designs for 5 to 6 essential pages such as the homepage, about, services, and contact pages. You also receive responsive layouts, interactive prototypes, a comprehensive style guide, and up to three rounds of revisions.

• 2. Can I add extra pages to my website?

  Yes, additional pages can be added to the base package for an extra fee. We will discuss your specific needs during the onboarding session to determine the scope and cost.

• 3. What do I need to access the Figma design files?

  You will need a Figma account to access and interact with the design files. Figma offers free accounts, which should be sufficient for viewing and providing feedback on your project.

• 4. How does the revision process work?

  You are entitled to up to three rounds of revisions. After reviewing the initial designs and prototypes, you can provide feedback, and we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure the design meets your expectations.(Note that there will only be room for small design changes after being presented with interactive prototypes for the project)

• 5. What is a style guide, and why do I need one?

  A style guide is a document that outlines your website's visual and stylistic elements, such as color schemes, typography, and UI components. It ensures consistency across all pages and helps maintain your brand identity in future updates.

• 6. How will the developer handoff be handled?

  I will provide detailed specifications and all necessary assets to your development team. This includes Figma design files, the style guide, and any other relevant documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from design to development. (Other forms of handoff can be discussed during onboarding.)

• 7. What is an interactive prototype?

  An interactive prototype is a clickable model of your website that demonstrates its functionality and user flow. It allows you to experience the website as your users would and provides an opportunity to give feedback before development begins.

• 8. Do you offer support after the design is complete?

  The final review and consultation session is designed to address any last-minute adjustments and provide guidance for the development process. If additional support is needed post-design, we can discuss ongoing support options.

• 9. What if I don't have any existing branding materials?

  If you don't have existing branding materials, we can work together to develop a cohesive brand identity as part of the design process. This will include defining your color scheme, typography, and other visual elements.

• 10. How long will the design process take?

  The timeline for the design process will depend on the project's scope, including the number of pages and revisions. I will outline a detailed timeline during the onboarding session to ensure we meet your deadlines.
