Process

In a branding process, we go through five steps together to transform your story into a style that you can proudly show off.

👋 Getting Started Every business is unique, so after our first meeting, you'll receive a personalized quote. Then, you'll get access to the customer portal where you'll fill out an in-depth questionnaire.

🧭 Strategy & Creative Concept During the kickoff call, we'll discuss your questionnaire. Afterward, you'll receive a presentation with the brand strategy and two mood boards.

🎨 Brand Design Your branding starts taking shape, how exciting! You'll receive a brand presentation that thoroughly introduces the chosen concept.

OPTIONAL -> ✍️ Brand Applications Together, we'll explore which brand applications are suitable for your business. These will be detailed in a presentation.

🙌 Wrapping Up After your approval, I'll gather all the final files. I'll create the comprehensive branding guide. Busy days? I've got you covered and make sure you also have a branding quick sheet.

Get access to your project hub on Notion. Easily track progress, review presentations and documents, and share feedback – it's the key to efficient collaboration. Here you'll find an in-depth questionnaire for you to complete, which will set the tone for your brand.
Brand Strategy and Creative Direction Presentation*
Let's ensure we're on the same page! I'll condense all strategic insights from your questionnaire answers into one compact presentation which also includes two creative directions. If it resonates with you and your brand, we're good to roll!
Brand Design Presentation *
You get an in-depth presentation of a visual branding concept including:
1. Logo Design Suite
A logo suite with 2-4 variables.
2. Color & font system
Your brand colors & typography system, check! We’ve got the digital and print color codes covered. We discuss beforehand if you're open to paid fonts or prefer a free alternative (client's responsibility for any paid fonts).
3. Graphic elements
Elevate future designs with a unique brand pattern, illustration, or other supporting elements. (max 3 elements for this package)
Modification Rounds
You've got two revision rounds for the starred items. Let’s make it perfect!
Branding Quick Access Sheet
