Process

During the printing journey, we go through four steps together to transform your vision into a unique printed masterpiece you can be proud of.
👋 Getting Started Every print project is unique, so after our introductory meeting, you'll receive a tailored quote. Here, we discuss the scope of the project.
🧭 Strategy & Creative Concept During the kickoff call, we delve deep into your goals, vision, and style. Following this, we dive straight into the strategic phase. We also determine elements such as paper selection, design, and format ratio, among others. This ensures no surprises later in the process.
🎨 Brand Design Your vision takes shape, how exciting! You'll receive an initial (partial) design, such as a trial chapter or a few first pages, depending on the project size. Your feedback here is crucial.
🙌 Wrapping Up Upon your approval, we perfect the design and prepare it for printing. Thanks to our printing guidance and follow-up, your printing journey is completely worry-free.

What's included

  • Client Portal Access

    Get access to your project hub on Notion. Easily track progress, review presentations and documents, and share feedback – it's the key to efficient collaboration. Here you'll find an in-depth questionnaire for you to complete, which will set the tone for your brochure.

  • Creative Direction Presentation*

    Let's ensure we're on the same page! I'll condense all strategic insights from your questionnaire answers into one compact presentation which includes two creative directions. I'll also outline the printing costs for the creative concepts. If it resonates with you and your brand, we're good to roll!

  • Lay-out Presentation & Trial print*

    The chosen creative concept is further developed, and the first part of the publication is designed and cast in visual mockups so you can perfectly imagine what the printed copy will look like.

  • Final design - copywriter check*

    In the extended print publication, the final layout is checked by an external copywriter, ensuring no spelling errors creep in. That happens so fast!

  • Modification rounds

    You've got two revision rounds for the starred items. Let’s make it perfect!

  • Final files (.pdf)

    You will receive the final files; a print-ready PDF and a PDF for digital use of your publication. This publication will be between 16-40 pages.

  • Printing Guidance

    The price indicated here does not include printing, but I will help guide you through the printing process. This way, the package is worry-free, and you can be sure we choose the right format, paper, and printing method.
