Overage & Emergency Rates

Overage hours: $125/hr (billed at end of month)
Emergency/rush requests (same-day turnaround): $150/hr (first 2 emergency hours per month included at no extra charge)

Availability & Communication

Core hours: Monday through Friday, 10:30am–4:30pm ET.
Primary channel: Dedicated Slack channel + direct text/call for emergencies.
Non-urgent messages received outside core hours are addressed first thing the next business day. Your work doesn't lose its place in the queue.
After-hours emergency escalation: For genuine emergencies (production down, launch-critical blocker, data issue), text or call directly and I'll respond within 2 hours. First 2 emergency hours per month are included in your retainer. Additional emergency hours billed at $150/hr.
What qualifies as an emergency: something that is actively costing you money, users, or data right now.
