• Wireframing

  I can assist you to create initial wireframes of the new product; ensuring they are technically feasible. I can work in tandem with your UX and/or engineering team, or create independently.

• UX Design Cycles

  I'll work with your UX designer to turn initial wireframes into hi-fidelity mockups, working to create the most engaging and intuitive user journey.

• Development Cycles

  I will establish a fully flushed and prioritized backlog of work, in collaboration with the engineering, UX, and QA teams. I can lead and facilitate agile ceremonies to drive work through the development cycle.

• Go-to-Market Strategy

  I will design an effective GTM strategy including product analysis, product messaging, sales proposition, marketing strategy, and sales strategy. I'll create customer feedback loops to ensure a continuous inflow of data to optimize and drive future product optimizations.
