Summary

I offer my creative services in helping businesses looking to improve their digital designs and/or user experiences. I can help create a digital product through concept illustrations in Figma as well as create any wireframes or prototypes. I am here to help bring your digital idea to life. My services are available at an hourly rate and you can hire me for a set amount of hours or I can give an estimate in how long it may take to complete your requested tasks.

Process

Initial discovery call: This is a 30 minute meeting where we will discuss your project requirements and desired outcomes. I will list the key objectives we have discussed and provide a project timeline brief shortly after the call.
Project begins: After finalising the estimated hours to complete the project and the expected design outcomes I will begin work on the project. I will also update you throughout the project upon the agreed milestones or time frame. A 50% deposit will be requested at the start of the project
Project handoff: Upon completing the project I will handover the final designs and any interactive prototypes to you. These will be presented in the form of a PDF file. I will also answer any questions you may have regarding the final design. Once we agree that the project has met its outcomes I will request the remaining 50%.

FAQs

  • How will I know that you are able to deliver on my project objectives?

    The initial discovery call is a chance for both of us to discuss your project's objectives and if I am the right fit for your project. I am transparent and open in discussing what I am capable of delivering and if your project is out of my depth.

  • How often will you be in touch with me?

    I work on a part time basis around 10 hours a week. However, throughout the duration of the project I am able to give an update as frequently as every 24 hours on what progress has been made. We can discuss this further in detail during the discovery call step.

  • When do you expect payment?

    After discussing and agreeing on completing your project requirements within the given timeframe I will request a 50% deposit to be paid prior to the project commencing and the remaining 50% after the final handover and meeting.
