Summary

I will carefully analyse your website or product's design with a specific focus on its visual appeal, navigation, usability and accessibility. The report will also include any mental thoughts I will have had while using the product for the first time providing a clear, neutral third party perspective. This service will help ensure that your digital idea fulfils its intended goal and remains user centred.

Process

Initial discovery call: This is a 30 minute meeting where we will discuss your target audience and uncover any specific challenges you're facing with your current design. I will list the key objectives we have discussed and provide a project timeline brief shortly after the call.
Project begins: I will conduct a thorough evaluation of your product design. This will follow industry best practices and will carefully examine the navigation, user experience, pain points and any confusion regarding the product's visual design. A 50% deposit will be requested at the start of the project
Project handoff: Upon completing the project I will schedule a meeting to handover the final report. This will be presented in the form of a PDF file. I will also answer any questions you may have regarding the audit. Once we agree that the project has met its outcomes I will request the remaining 50%.

  • How will I know that you are able to deliver on my project objectives?

    The initial discovery call is a chance for both of us to discuss your project's objectives and if I am the right fit for your project. I am transparent and open in discussing what I am capable of delivering and if your project is out of my depth.

  • How often will you be in touch with me?

    I work on a part time basis around 10 hours a week. However, throughout the duration of the project I am able to give an update as frequently as every 24 hours on what progress has been made. We can discuss this further in detail during the discovery call step.

  • When do you expect payment?

    After discussing and agreeing on completing your project requirements within the given timeframe I will request a 50% deposit to be paid prior to the project commencing and the remaining 50% after the final handover.

    This report will present an in-depth analysis of your product's visual design and user experience. It will list any recommendations and insights I believe would help improve engagement and usability for the intended user. These insights will be ranked accordingly. The report will also summarize any areas of strengths the product has achieved and identify further opportunities to increase its visual appeal.
