What's the difference between the Full-Service and the Maintenance plan?
The Full-Service plan is comprised of 2 or more deliverables, at least one of which is a complex project. For example: brand design, website design, website development, and designing some new graphics for an existing slide deck. The Maintenance plan is comprised of 2 or more simple tasks, usually to maintain an existing project. For example: adding new blog posts to a website, designing a graphic for an existing slide deck, and adding some screens to an existing product wireframe
What's the difference between a task and a project?
A "task" is a simple deliverable that combines with with other tasks to form a project. For example: adding a new page to an existing website. A "project" is a complex deliverable comprised of 2 or more tasks. For example: a full website design.
