Is it really unlimited?
Yes! You get to add as many items as you want to the queue, and you have full control over what we prioritize.
What's the difference between the Full-Service and the Maintenance plan?
The Full-Service plan is comprised of 2 or more deliverables, at least one of which is a complex project. For example: brand design, website design, website development, and designing some new graphics for an existing slide deck. The Maintenance plan is comprised of 2 or more simple tasks, usually to maintain an existing project. For example: adding new blog posts to a website, designing a graphic for an existing slide deck, and adding some screens to an existing product wireframe
What's the difference between a task and a project?
A "task" is a simple deliverable that combines with with other tasks to form a project. For example: adding a new page to an existing website. A "project" is a complex deliverable comprised of 2 or more tasks. For example: a full website design.
What's included
Unlimited requests
Add as many design requests as you like to your client portal. We'll handle the queue in the order that you specify.
Up to 2 concurrent requests
Prioritize and reprioritize as your needs change. We'll work on your top 2 requests concurrently before moving on to the next tasks.
Weekly syncs
One-on-one check ins to make sure you're getting everything you need!
Pause or cancel anytime
No long-term contracts locking you in.
Simple "maintenance" tasks within existing projects
We'll help with current project upkeep, like website updates, blog posts, brand refreshes, or new product features.
Large-scope projects
The full-service plan includes full, large-scale projects! Just enter your requests into your portal, adjust the order based on your priorities, and we'll handle the rest.
