I combine my years of brand-building experience with my copywriting skills to help solopreneurs, startups, and mission-driven organizations build or rebrand their websites. I work closely with all stakeholders – founders, CMOs, web developers, graphic designers, etc – to ensure that your website is structured for a seamless user experience & written to compel your audience into action.

My process ⇩

🔎 Brand discovery: This questionnaire & 1-hour meeting is our opportunity to dig into your unique brand story. You'll walk away with clarity on your target audience, as well as your brand voice, values, and vision.

📚 Research: After our discovery session, I conduct my own research to analyze the competitive landscape, what your competitors are doing and how we can set you apart.

🖼️ Wireframe: The wireframe helps us make sure there's a logical flow between pages. I will outline the website structure using a mindmap/visualization tool (like Miro). Then we will meet to confirm the structure makes sense before I start writing.

✍🏼 Write!: I'll get to work writing concise, compelling copy that sounds like you and gains the trust of your target audience. You can expect your first draft in 1-2 weeks.

🤝 Review & Revision: I offer my clients up to 2 rounds of revisions within 1 month of the initial copy being delivered.

Pricing

Pricing depends on a variety of factors like # of pages, word count per page (generally 300-600), SEO, etc. but estimates start at $2500.

I can also work at an hourly rate to refresh and finetune an existing website. Please contact me for more details.

What's included

Website Wireframe
This is essentially an outline of your website that factors in the buyer journey. It will not only designate what message goes on which page, but also how users will intuitively navigate between pages, how calls to action should be strategically placed, etc.
Website Copy
I'll write a homepage that captivates your audience, a sales page that converts, an about page that captures your unique voice and driving purpose – or whatever kind of page you need to make your website pop! Pages generally range from 100 words (think simple contact form) to 600 words (think thorough "how it works" page).
