WHAT I DID: Configured Zoho People from scratch — department structure, leave policies, employee records, and onboarding workflow. Built a 17-section Employee Handbook fully aligned with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance. Delivered 8 HR SOPs covering client onboarding, payroll, offboarding, and employee changes. Set up 8 compliance tools including MPF calculator, IRD calendar, RTW checklist, and risk register. Built 6 employment agreement templates and a full EOR operations flow — end-to-end documented so the team can run independently.
RESULTS: 33 documents delivered across 5 categories in 30 days. Fully operational HR system live and handed over. 100% compliant with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, IRD, and PDPO. Zero external dependency post-handover.
