Understand why your pipeline is hard to trust and what to improve first.
$450 | Typically completed within 5 business days after intake and access are confirmed
If your Salesforce reports don't match what your team sees, it can be difficult to know where the problem starts.
Maybe opportunities are missing information. Stages mean different things to different people. Or your reports aren't answering the questions your business actually needs answered.
This focused review helps you understand what's happening and decide what to address next.
I'll review one existing opportunity pipeline, a sample of your data, and selected reporting. You'll receive a concise explanation of the issues I observe, their likely impact, and prioritized recommendations.

What's included

Review of one existing opportunity pipeline within one Salesforce Sales Cloud org and one sales process
Review of stage definitions and how they support your existing process
Review of up to 10 key opportunity fields
Data-quality review using a sample of up to 100 opportunity records
Review of either two existing reports OR one existing dashboard with up to four components
Limited inspection of related objects only where needed to understand the selected reporting
A 1–2 page findings summary covering the review scope, observed issues, priorities, and recommended next steps
One consolidated round of written clarification about the findings, requested within seven calendar days of delivery
An optional 20-minute walkthrough
Delivery is primarily asynchronous. We'll start with a short intake form, and I'll ask follow-up questions in writing.

A good fit if...

You already use Salesforce Sales Cloud, but your pipeline visibility or reporting could be clearer.
You want an independent review before investing in changes, or a manageable list of next steps for your team.

Scope and limitations

This is a focused diagnostic review. No changes are made inside Salesforce.
It does not include data cleanup, imports, report creation, automation or integration changes, an exhaustive record review, or a full security or architecture audit.
Findings are based on the agreed review and sampled records. They do not guarantee that every underlying issue will be identified. Apparent technical dependencies will be flagged with recommended next steps; detailed troubleshooting is outside this service.
The review assumes an accessible, reasonably navigable environment. Multiple sales processes or heavily customized orgs may require a separate scope. I'll confirm fit before work begins.
Your team provides and confirms the intended stage meanings, metric definitions, and business rules. Missing access, information, or feedback pauses the timeline; resumption depends on availability.

Put the review toward implementation

If you book a Salesforce Pipeline & Reporting Improvement project of $2,250 or more with me within 30 days of receiving your findings, $250 of your review fee will be credited toward that project.
The review is a standalone deliverable. You're free to use it with your internal team or another consultant.
Tell me what's making your Salesforce pipeline or reporting difficult to trust. If your Salesforce reports don’t match reality, something is broken — this audit shows you exactly what and why.

Overview

If your Salesforce pipeline feels messy, inconsistent, or hard to trust, there are usually a few underlying issues causing it.
Most reporting problems become clear within minutes once you know what to look for.
I review your pipeline structure, key fields, and reporting setup to identify what’s causing inaccurate data, missing deals, or unreliable reporting.
You’ll receive a clear, concise breakdown of what’s working, what’s not, and what to fix first — so you can move forward with confidence.
This is a diagnostic review only. No changes are made inside your Salesforce account.

What's Included

Review of 1 primary pipeline (Opportunity-based) + up to 2 related objects (e.g., Leads or Accounts)
Evaluation of your full pipeline stage setup (structure, definitions, consistency)
Review of up to 10 key fields impacting pipeline visibility and reporting
Data quality review based on a sample of up to 200 records total
Review of up to 2 existing reports or dashboards
Identification of 3–5 key issues affecting reporting accuracy and pipeline clarity
Clear, prioritized recommendations (high / medium / low)
1–2 page written audit summary
30-minute walkthrough call to review findings and next steps

What's Not Included

No changes made in Salesforce
No data cleanup or imports
No report or dashboard creation
No automation, flows, or integrations
No full system or architecture audit
No record-by-record analysis
No ongoing support

Requirements

Active Salesforce account (Sales Cloud or similar)
Access to relevant objects and reports
System should be reasonably navigable (extremely complex or heavily customized orgs may not be a fit)

Notes

This audit focuses on pipeline structure, data consistency, and reporting clarity.
Deeper technical areas (automations, integrations, or system architecture) may be identified, but are not analyzed in depth.
Recommendations are based on observed patterns and do not include exhaustive validation of all records.
If additional complexity is identified, it will be noted with suggested next steps.
Important
If you decide to move forward with implementation, the audit fee will be applied toward the full project.
