Stop rebuilding the same weekly numbers by hand. Every week, your Google Sheet or CSV export becomes a one-page KPI email plus a PDF report sent to your team: up to 8 KPIs with week-on-week change and trend lines, and up to 4 breakdowns. If the data is late or broken, no wrong numbers go out. You get an alert that names the failed check instead. Fixed scope, written acceptance test, async delivery. No call needed.
Delivery may use AI-assisted coding under human review. You receive working software that passes the written acceptance test, not an unreviewed AI dump.
This is a private deliverable in your own GitHub repo (not a shared multi-tenant SaaS). You keep the code, secrets, and schedule.
INCLUDED
• One source: a published Google Sheet tab or a CSV at an https link (≤50 MB)
• Up to 8 KPIs (counts, sums, averages, % of rows, ratios) and up to 4 breakdowns (e.g. revenue by region)
• Email summary + A4 PDF, including a "how each number is calculated" appendix
• Data checks before every send: required columns, readable dates, fresh enough, enough rows. On failure: alert email, no report
• Runs on a schedule in your own private GitHub repo; a "Run workflow" button for re-runs. GitHub Free includes 2,000 Actions minutes/month for private repos — one weekly job fits comfortably (public repos do not consume that private-minutes quota)
• Sent through your own email provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Postmark, SES…) to ≤10 recipients — you store SMTP secrets in your repo; I never need your mailbox password
• 14-day defect fix window + 100% refund via Contra escrow if we miss turnaround or fail acceptance (or one free remediation sprint, your choice)
NOT INCLUDED
• Discovery or sales calls (async only)
• Live API connectors (Shopify, Stripe, GA4, HubSpot…): an export or sheet is the source
• Forecasts, "AI insights" or financial/investment advice
• Dashboards (see my CSV → Ops Dashboard service) or Slack/Teams posts
• Health, payment-card or other special-category data
• Hosting or sending from my email account
ACCEPTANCE (pass/fail)
1. Every KPI for the test week matches a spreadsheet pivot of the same rows (counts exact, money to the penny).
2. A test run reaches every agreed inbox with the PDF attached.
3. A stale or broken export triggers an alert email, sends no report, and the run shows as failed.
4. The schedule is set on the agreed day and time in your repo, and "Run workflow" re-runs it on demand (we verify with a manual run before sign-off).
5. Delivered within 5 business days of complete intake and cleared payment.
INTAKE (clock starts when complete)
Invoice name · acceptance email · source (sheet link or CSV) · sample with ≥3 weeks of history · date column · KPI list with how each is calculated · breakdowns · send day, time and timezone · recipients · email provider · private GitHub repo invite · alert thresholds · data sensitivity · refund and no-call acknowledgments.
