Delivery may use AI-assisted coding under human review. You receive working software and files that pass the written acceptance test, not an unreviewed AI dump. Your files are used only for your order. If anything is sensitive, tell me first and we'll agree how it's handled before you send it.

• The rules file + one command to re-run it on future exports

ACCEPTANCE (pass/fail)

1. Rows reconcile: input = cleaned + rejected + duplicates, with a reason for every rejected row.

2. Re-running the agreed rules on cleaned.csv finds 0 violations and 0 duplicate keys.

3. Every changed cell appears in changes.csv with before, after and the rule applied.

4. The same input gives identical output; your second file (if supplied) runs with no edits.

5. Delivered within 3 business days of approved rules and cleared payment.
