Brand Positioning Assessment
This is a strategy-oriented assessment focused on the following: - evaluation of how clear your brand proposition is - evaluation of how clear your target group is - evaluation of your positioning against your two main competitors
Brand Assets Evaluation
This step involves the evaluation of the following: - your corporate design (logo, typography, brand colours, packaging, etc.) - your imagery - taglines, slogans, and tone of voice The assessment criteria include quality of brand assets, consistency, and alignment with the desired positioning.
Touchpoints Evaluation
This step includes evaluating how easy/convenient it is for your clients to reach you. The analysis is limited to three touchpoints that can be assessed remotely (excludes in-person experiences).
Brand Upgrade Roadmap
The final step is a roadmap that provides a sequential overview of changes that would improve your brand's public presence and better align it with your business goals and the needs/preferences of your target group.
