Within 24 hours of subscribing, you’ll receive a personalised welcome email (with a link to your client portal) so you can start submitting design requests straight away.
There’s no cap on requests—you can queue up as many as you like. We work on them one at a time, and you can prioritise tasks so the most urgent ones jump the queue.
Once a task reaches the “active” stage, expect initial drafts within 1–3 business days. Bigger jobs may be broken into smaller tasks with extra feedback cycles before finalisation.
Absolutely. Just move the ticket back to the “active” panel on our Kanban board and specify the tweaks you need.
Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to our client portal and managing your subscription settings.
Cancellations require a 14-day notice period to take effect.
If you pause, your subscription remains inactive until you choose to resume it.
If you cancel, your subscription officially ends 14 days after we receive your request, and you’ll continue to have access until then.
You retain full ownership of all designs created through our service.
