Your Squarespace site can look polished and still bring in nothing. Usually that isn't a design problem, it's that the page never asks anyone to do anything, so people read, nod, and leave.
This is for service businesses and solo experts (consultants, coaches, bookkeepers, contractors, small B2B firms) who need the site to answer the obvious questions and send enquiries that arrive half sold. If the site is working fine and you just want it to look different, I'm probably not your guy, and that's fine.
What I actually do:
Structure before styling. I work out what a visitor needs to know and in what order, then design around that, because a page that says everything converts nobody.
A services page that answers price, process and who you work with. That's what people are quietly deciding on, and a site that hides all three is a shop with the lights on and nothing priced, people look in and keep walking.
One clear next step per page instead of five buttons competing with each other, with the enquiry form asking a couple of questions that mean the enquiry lands with context instead of "hi, interested".
Everything on native Squarespace blocks, custom code only where it earns its place, so you can change rates, hours, text and pages yourself afterwards without breaking anything.
How it works: you tell me what the site needs to do, I map the structure and get your sign off before I design anything, then I build, then a polish round, then you get a video walkthrough so you can run it yourself.
I'm a Squarespace Platinum Partner and a Web Designer and Conversion Rate Optimization strategist, Top Rated on Fiverr with 8 years and 750+ reviews, and ~80% of clients come back for a second project.
To start I'd need your services and prices, two or three sites whose look you like (any industry, I just want to see your taste), and one honest line about who you want more of. Rough notes are fine, I'll shape them.
Not sure this is the right size for what you need? Send me your site and what isn't working and I'll tell you straight, even if the answer is that you need less than you think.
