Shopify redesign for stores that get traffic but not ordersSaad Khan
Most Shopify stores I get asked to fix look fine and still don't sell. Usually the theme isn't the problem, the product page is, because it never answers the three things a buyer decides on: why this, why you, why now.
This is for product brands with real inventory and real margins, either launching properly or fixing a store that's already getting traffic and not converting it. If you want a $50 automated dropshipping store with winning products included, I'm probably not your guy, and that's fine.
What I actually do:
A product page built around how people buy, since that's where the order happens. The home page gets the click, the product page closes it, and most stores spend all their effort on the wrong one.
Structure before styling. If the store doesn't say who it's for and why the price is what it is, a nicer theme won't change the outcome, and repainting one page on a badly structured store is a coat of paint on a house with a bad foundation.
Everything on native Shopify sections, with custom code only where it earns its place, so you can change products, prices, photos and copy yourself afterwards without anything breaking.
The e-commerce plumbing done properly: payments, shipping, taxes, apps that matter and none that don't, tested on a phone before it goes live.
How it works: you send your store link (or your product photos if you're starting from zero), I map the structure and get your sign off before I build anything, then I build on an unpublished duplicate theme so your live store keeps trading, then we publish and I hand over a video walkthrough.
I'm a Web Designer and Conversion Rate Optimization strategist, Squarespace Platinum Partner, Top Rated on Fiverr with 8 years and 750+ reviews, and ~80% of clients come back for a second project.
To start I'd need your product photos, your prices and shipping rules, and one honest line about who buys from you and why they pick you over the cheaper option. If you don't have that last one written down anywhere, that's usually the real problem and we should talk before you order anything.
Not sure this is the right size for what you need? Send me your store and what isn't working and I'll tell you straight, even if the answer is that you need less than you think.
