• 1-Month Content Planning

  I will create a comprehensive content plan for your blog or social media platform(s). This plan will be entered into the project management tool of your choice, complete with assignees and due dates.

• 1 Hour Walkthrough on Zoom

  I will conduct a 1-hour walkthrough with you and your team on how to navigate the project management system we're using for this project, set clear expectations for all assignees and their tasks, and answer any questions or concerns regarding the plan.

• Point of Contact for Clients or Stakeholders

  With 8+ years of experience managing vendors and clients for previous employers, I am happy to serve as the liaison between you and any key clients or stakeholders who would like to be kept in the loop of this content strategy, providing updates on project progression and any other relevant details.

• Conduct Weekly Team Check-ins

  After conducting the 1-hour walkthrough with your team, I will schedule a weekly check-in call with your team to manage and record all project progress, help solve any bottlenecks holding tasks up, and make sure that we are on track to post this content in the originally agreed upon timeline.

• System Automation

  Implement automated systems to handle tasks to free up the precious time of you and your team so you can get back to doing what is most important. Such automations could include uploading posts, invoicing other freelancers on the team, and emails to clients and vendors upon completion for example.
