This package is all about taking the stress out of hiring new team members and vendors to your team, while creating a smoother experience for everyone as you go through your daily tasks. I look forward to working with you this month to create a streamlined hiring system and guide that will fit your team's needs.
What's included
Systems Audit & Processes Guide Creation
I will perform a systems audit to see which systems can be optimized and automated to save your team time. I will also write up to 10 guides detailing the daily and important tasks that your team does to keep things running smoothly, and I will embed quick loom videos in each task for visual learners to see how each task is done.
Team Hiring Breif
I will write a detailed hiring brief for any new positions that need to be filled on your team. In addition, I will set up a hiring form on Typeform, Google Forms, or Airtable and link it to a tracking system in Airtable or Google Sheets so each applicant's information can be easily found in one place.
Custom Built Hiring & Onboarding Process
After completing the other guides and hiring form, I will put together a custom built hiring and onboarding process for your team to follow in the future. This process will list deadlines for applications, a link to the tracking system, questions to ask, and suggestions for a trial task that applicants can complete to show their competency in their future job.
1-Hour Walkthrough on Zoom
At the end of our time together, I will lead a 1-hour walkthrough of the guides, the applicant tracking system, and newly automated systems to ensure that you and your team are on the same page of where to find everything and how to update them in the future.
