What's included
Create a Customer Avatar
I will create 1-3 customer avatars for you to identify your target audience and better tailor your marketing strategy to reach them. This service also comes with a customer journey outline so you can personalize your posts, emails, and blog posts further to reach them at their unique stage in the journey.
Automate Systems
Analyze current processes and systems to automate any small, repetitive tasks to free up more of your time. Such automations could be processing payments, scheduling appointments with clients, and entering customer data into a database for easy access.
CRM Set Up
I will set up your CRM system, automating customer information to be uploaded immediately after a purchase. This CRM will allow you to keep better track of your customers' buying habits and record their email information so you can send customized emails to them encouraging future purchases of your product or services.
Google Analytics & HotJar Set up
I can set up a Google Analytics account for you and link it to your site to keep track of your website's performance over time. I can also set up a free account for you with HotJar, a tool that shows in more depth the "hot" and "cold" zones on your website so you can maximize its layout, copy, and graphics to entice your customers to stay more engaged with your website.
1 Hour Walkthrough on Zoom
After setting up all of the automations and your CRM system, I will conduct a 1-hour walkthrough on Zoom for you and your team to ensure that everyone is on the same page with how these systems work and answer any questions you may have.
