Process

What will the process look like?

⚡️ Discovery: I start by getting to know you and your brand's needs. We will meet for a virtual coffee to discuss everything. This helps me understand your business better, as well as your goals and your visions, so I can craft a powerful design for you.

⚡️ Briefing: After our call, I will ask you to fill out a briefing form so I can get all the information needed for me to efficiently design for you business.

⚡️ Research: After briefing is done, I go on to do a research. To be exact, I see what is happening on the market and what do the competitors do and how we can create a strong positioning for you. On this step I prepare all the info for our brand workshop.

⚡️ Brand Workshop: When I am done with a research, I will send you a link to schedule a brand workshop. We will spend anywhere between 2 to 4 hours together online looking at your brand's positioning, competitors and target audience, which will help us to create a very strong brand for years to come.

⚡️ Design Development: When the research is conducted, I start my creative process. I prepare the creative direction, map out all the associations I have with your brand, based on that I do logo morphing in order to find the best idea and then I digitalise the design, play with fonts, colours and shapes to create a design that will align with your visions. Then I present it to you in a beautifully designed presentation with realistic mock-ups, so you can image how our design will look like in real life.

⚡️ Review and Refinement: Here I send you a presentation together with a video presentation in which I share with you my ideas in depth. You can then thing about it and tell me you thoughts. Although in 97% of times I nail the design from the first go, on this step we can further refine the design if that is needed.

⚡️ Finalization: Once you are satisfied with the design, I prepare the final files in multiple formats, ensuring they are ready for both print and digital applications.

What's included

Discovery session and briefing questionnaire
This is where we meet, get to know each other, and to begin with, we see if we are a good fit for each other and I already learn information about your business, goals and values. If our discovery call is successful, and we decide to work together, I will ask you to do a questionnaire in which you will reply in-depth on questions about your business. This is a crucial step since it creates a foundation for the design work and ensures the success of it.
Brand strategy
Together we will work through your brand and will create a solid base for it, also known as a brand heart, which includes brand's values, mission, vision, DNA and purpose. This gives your brand a soul and will help you to target the right audience on your business journey. Not to mention that this is a foundation from which the visual identity is then constructed.
Two creative directions
After the briefing and the analysis, I will know exactly how to elevate your business and will craft two creative directions for you to choose from.
Logo suite
Within a logo suite, I create 3 variations of logo design under the same concept. Why is it needed? Depending on where you are going to use the logo, different versions are needed to fit the design better and to maintain the visual identity across various landscapes.
Branded colours
I will pick branded colours that you will use in all of your branded materials.
Typefaces pairings
I will also pick fonts that will work perfectly for your brand.
Free stock photo directory
I will provide you with free stock photos. Why is it needed? In case you don't have the photos yet, or you do have them but not as many, having free stock photos will help you to create a website and instagram feed with what you have at hand. So you don't have to postpone anything until "that perfect moment" when you'll figure everything out.
Brand pattern
In this package, you will get a branded pattern that you can use no matter if you are an online or offline based business.
x3 editable instagram post templates
I will create custom-made Canva templates for you, which you will be able to easily access and adjust yourself for any post that you'd like to post on your instagram. The templates are provided in both square format and a reels one, so you have that flexibility.
x5 instagram highlights covers
Highlights are always there, and it's one of the first thing people go to when landing on the account. So it is crucial to have them neat and well-curated. That's why I provide the 5 highlights covers that will elevate your page.
Instagram feed of 9 posts
Besides the templates, I create you your initial instagram feed, so you have one thing less to worry about and can straight away dive into posting content.
Business card design
No matter if it's printed or digital (yes, you can have your business card and your phone and airdrop it to your new network!), it's important to have one in order to stay connected with important contacts.
Brand book
This is a file in which you will have all the information about the design of your brand, how to use it properly and how to not use it. Not to mention that it includes ALL possible information about your business. Think of it as a brand's encyclopaedia. It is needed when later on you will be working with web designer or graphic designer. It will show them the correct way to go around you brand's design.
