How do I start a project with you?
To start, I will open a contract on contra and send it to you to sign off and fund the agreed project fee on escrow to kick off the project. If you already have a clear briefing, great! If not, I will send you a brand questionnaire to fill out before we get started.
How long does the design process take?
On average it take between 10 to 15 days (2 weeks). You will get regular updates, and I aim to deliver the first concepts within the first 4 days of the project kickoff.
How does the revision process work?
Each project includes a set number of revisions. After the initial concepts, you provide feedback and I refine the design accordingly. I'm flexible and always ensure my client is satisfied, but if we significantly exceed the agreed revisions, additional fees will apply. I charge hourly for revisions and my minimum billable is $50.
What files do I receive at the end of the project?
You will receive a structured folder with all essential file formats for the project in both web and print color modes.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to how demanding my line of work is, I only refund 50% of the project fees on the rare occasion when a client decides to cancel a project in the research & ideation stage. Please note that I do not offer refunds after this stage.
Can I request additional branding materials?
Yes! Add-ons are available on request at an additional price.

You will get three separate font pairings that support your brand voice and messaging, so you can select the one that aligns better with your brand values and aesthetics.
Brand patterns/ Graphic elements
You will get 3-5 brand patterns and graphic elements that add depth to your brand visuals.
A brandguide document
You will get a brand guide document for cohesive and consistent applications of your brand's elements, such as logos, colors, typography, patterns, and other graphic elements.
