Process

Discovery:

After initial contact, if we’re a good fit, I’ll schedule a discovery call to learn more about you, your business, and project needs. This helps me provide a tailored cost estimate.

Quote, Timeline & Agreement:

After our discovery call, I’ll send a proposal outlining the project timeline, agreed scope of work, and a quote. You can approve or request modifications. Once we finalize the payment terms and work details, I’ll provide a project agreement for signing and request a 50% deposit upfront. With the signed agreement and deposit received, I’ll begin work on the scheduled start date.

Brand Questionnaire:

Before the start date, I’ll send a brand questionnaire to be completed beforehand. This crucial step helps me understand your business, goals, brand tone, and how to craft your identity effectively.

Brand & Collateral Design:

On the start date, I’ll begin the design process by creating a mood board based on your questionnaire. This will outline the style and visual direction of your brand, including elements like photography, typography, colours, and packaging. Once you approve the mood board, I’ll start working on the logo, colour palette, and typography, preparing logo concepts for your feedback.

I’ll also design any additional brand elements or collateral you need, such as social media templates, stationery, or packaging, ensuring they align with your vision. After each presentation, I’ll gather your feedback before moving to the next stage.

Approval & Final Design:

Once you’re satisfied and give final approval, I’ll request the remaining 50% balance. After receiving payment, I’ll deliver all relevant files in your required formats (e.g., PNG, EPS, PDF, RGB, CMYK). And voilà—your new visual identity is ready to share with your clients and audience.

What's your payment plan?
I’ll request for a 50% deposit of the total fee before starting the work and once all designs have been finalised, you’re happy with everything and you’ve given me the final approval, I request the 50% balance payment from you before I send the final files.
How will you share your concepts with me?
I’ll present every concept with you in a document that outlines my design decisions. We can discuss your feedback over email or we can arrange a call.
How long will my project take?
Projects can take anywhere from 2 to 4+ weeks depending on the package or extra add-ons you choose. Time frames vary depending on the scope of the project.
What is a Brand Guideline?
This is a document is guide that shows how to keep your new branding's look, feel and tone consistent everywhere its used.
