Process

Weekly 45-min consultations for strategy, brainstorming, and prioritization. Here we'll map out existing process and diagnose the highest ROI plan of attack.
We'll get to development. Automations usually take 3-5 days depending on the complexity.
We monitor the automation and make adjustments as needed.
Repeat.
We will do as many automations as we can within the month. That's UNLIMITED automations for a flat monthly rate.

What's included

  • AI + Automation Strategy Consultations

    Business Operations is an ongoing process, so we'll have weekly 45-minute consultations for strategy, brainstorming, and prioritization.

  • Integration and Development

    With the insights gathered during the strategy sessions, we will build out the custom solutions tailored to your existing processes. Our goal is to change as little as possible. We simply want to enhance what already exists.

  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization

    LLMs require some fine-tuning to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. There will be a period dedicated to optimizing the enhancements towards continuous improvement.

  • Unlimited Automations

    Processes are often interconnected. Nothing ever lives in a complete vacuum in any business. That's why I offer UNLIMITED automations during the project for a flat monthly rate.
