• Do you only provide development, or do you help with AI solution design too?

  We cover the full process, from problem analysis and AI architecture to development, deployment, and support. If you're not sure what kind of AI solution fits your case, we’ll guide you.

• Can you work with an existing model or system?

  Absolutely. We can integrate or fine-tune existing models (including LLMs) and build missing parts around them from UI to backend and MLOps.

• Do I need to provide my own dataset?

  If you have data - great. If not, we can help define data requirements, assist with collection strategies, or work with public/open datasets when appropriate.

• What technologies or models do you use?

  We work with modern AI stacks & tools incl. prompt engineering techniques, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, tools like OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Gemini and open-source orchestration tools like n8n. We also use frameworks such as Cursor, Windsurf, v0, Bolt, and Lovable depending on your needs.

• Can you deploy the model to production?

  Yes, our service includes production deployment, MLOps setup, system integration, and support.

• Will you support the project after delivery?

  Yes, and we offer extended support options if needed.

• Do you provide UI or frontend as part of the solution?

  If needed - yes. We have in-house designers and frontend developers and can build full interfaces around the AI.

• What kind of AI solutions do you not work on?

  We don’t take on projects related to gambling, dating, adult content, or unethical use of AI.

• Can you sign an NDA or keep my project confidential?

  Absolutely. We take client confidentiality seriously and are happy to sign an NDA before discussing sensitive project details.

• How do you communicate during the project?

  We are available via Contra chat + Any other messanger (Slack, Teams, etc.)
