Mobile app design for MELD

We partnered with MELD to design and deliver a robust mobile app that brings fiat payments, debit cards, and crypto wallets into a single, secure platform. The goal was to simplify complex financial interactions while maintaining strong usability and trust.

Our work spanned over 10 months and more than 1000 screens, covering everything from defining scope to final delivery. We began by deeply analyzing user needs and market competitors to clarify project goals and ensure alignment.

Through thorough user journey mapping, wireframing, and iterative prototype testing, we crafted an intuitive experience that balances power with simplicity. We addressed challenges like confusing onboarding flows by redesigning them into a clear, step-by-step process with helpful tooltips, making it easy even for first-time users. To improve transaction tracking, we implemented detailed breakdowns, search features, and graphical insights for clear financial overviews. For fiat-to-crypto swaps, we streamlined the exchange process with clear options and guidance to deliver a user-friendly experience.

Visually, the design language combines modern aesthetics with impact, creating an engaging yet professional look that aligns with financial trust and innovation.

Our design process was holistic, moving from strategy and user analysis through to prototyping, UI design, and final delivery, ensuring a polished, user-centered product ready for launch.
