• What if my emails are actually fine and you find nothing?

  If I can't find at least 5 specific, actionable improvements, you get a full refund. But in 2 years of doing this, that's never happened. There's always something to fix.

• Do you need full access to my email platform?

  View-only access works. I need to see the emails, the timing, the triggers, and the performance data. That's it.

• Can you audit competitor emails too?

  Not included, but I will show you examples from top performers in your space (anonymized) so you can see what good looks like.

• What if I don't have time to implement your recommendations?

  Then don't buy this. An audit is useless if you won't act on it. If you want me to implement, that's Service 1, 2, or 3 (full build).

• How technical is the audit? Will I understand it?

  Zero jargon. I write like I'm talking to a founder, not a marketer. "Change this subject line from X to Y because Z" - that clear.

• What if my emails are in multiple languages or markets?

  I can audit English emails. For other languages, I'll focus on structure, timing, automation logic, and technical setup (which are universal).
