Process

Initial planning and strategy

The first order of business is to fully understand your business, your business goals, your customers and their expectations and behavior, and how your website factors into all of it. We’ll do a competitor analysis to establish a competitive landscape and benchmarks for how your site should function and then improve on it. This stage will give us a foundation for moving with just the right recommendations for the design and development phase.

2. Design & Content Development

Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll start sketching out interface layouts. Wireframes look like simple skeletons of your website without the visual polish, allowing us to experiment and iterate on solutions quickly so that we have a good sense of how content should be laid out for the user experience and journey.

After presenting our approach we begin with high-fidelity designs, implementing all the newly updated user elements such as images, animations, colors etc.

3. Development

The next step is to kick off the technical side of the web design process. This will include deploying your CMS, setting up your chosen HubSpot CMS theme and page designs, and setting up your analytics.

4. Testing

We’ll perform Quality Assurance to test your new site’s performance and reliability. We’ll use various tools to benchmark your site for loading, responsiveness and speed, while also ensuring it works on mobile devices.

5. Deployment & optimization

Once we’re sure that your site is ready to be released to the public, we’ll deploy it to the live environment.

A comprehensive design system in Figma, defining the visual language of the website. This included a style guide detailing typography, color palettes, UI elements, and component libraries, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the design process.
