Process

30-min Strategic Discovery Session: Through an in-depth discussion, we will discuss your brand's mission, values, target audience, and competitors to ensure we have a great understanding of the requirements and needs from this project.

Customised Project Proposal: Based on our discussion, this will be prepared for your review and decide the path forward.

Design Questionnaire: A quick questionnaire for you to outline the projects requirements.

Strategy Direction: Based on the questionnaire, this strategy will detail your products vision and mission. With a detailed explanation of the target audience and competitor research, we will be able to curate a story with an understanding the specific motivations and preferences that allows your project to deliver your tailored services or products.*

Structure & Flows: These user flow diagrams will illustrate and map the user journeys for primary tasks.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Based on the agreed user journeys, low-fi wireframes for key screens will be presented with an interactive prototype for early feedback.

Visual Design & Design System: Polished UI screens based on the wireframes. This will establish the UI components, colour, typography and iconography that will be used within your product.

Handoff & Support: You will be provided with development-ready files and documentation. This includes Q&A for the developer and 2-week bug-fix support for post handoff.
