If your team keeps answering questions that are already covered in documents, I can build a small assistant that searches those documents and drafts an answer with source references. It can also say when it cannot find enough information, which is often more useful than a confident guess.
This pilot works best for a focused collection of material, such as product documentation, internal procedures, or a curated FAQ. It is meant to test how well your actual content supports the questions people ask.

What is included

Preparation of one approved document collection for retrieval.
A basic chat interface that uses the collection to answer questions and points back to the source material.
Handling for questions the collection does not answer.
A small test set using questions you provide, followed by a review of weak or incorrect answers.
Handoff notes explaining how the content can be updated and what would be needed for a wider rollout.
I will not describe the model as "trained on your business" if the system is retrieving information from your documents. The difference matters when you later update the content.

What I need from you

Provide the approved documents, the kinds of questions users ask, and examples of answers your team considers correct. Please identify any material that must not leave your current environment before development begins.

Scope

The starting price covers one curated knowledge source and a basic pilot. A custom admin panel, several data sources, user permissions, customer-facing launch, and ongoing evaluation are separate work. The pilot does not come with a fixed accuracy or support-ticket reduction promise.

Common questions

Can I add new documents later? Yes, but the update method depends on where the content lives and how often it changes. I will document the method used in the pilot.
What happens if the answer is not in the documents? The assistant should say it cannot find support for the answer rather than invent one. We will test that behavior with your examples.
