How do we get started and what do you need from me?
We start with a kickoff call where you walk me through your business, offers, ideal clients, and current marketing goals. After that, I’ll ask for access to your social accounts, any existing brand assets (logo, photos, brand guidelines), and past content or reports if you have them. From there, I take the lead on the audit, strategy, and planning so you’re not starting from scratch.
Do you create the content or do I need to provide everything?
A bit of both. You provide the raw materials (photos, product shots, brand videos, or UGC you already have), and I handle the content direction, concepts, captions, and turning that into a structured calendar. If you don’t have much existing content, I can help you build a simple content plan and clear content directions that guide what to shoot or create each month. Then I simply edit them out for posting.
How long does it take to see results from organic social media?
Organic social is a long game, but you’ll usually start seeing early signals within the first 1–3 months: clearer branding, more consistent posting, better engagement quality, and a stronger sense of what your audience responds to. Bigger shifts in community growth and lead quality typically show up after 3–6 months of consistent strategy, content, and optimisation.
Can you guarantee follower growth or sales?
I can’t promise a specific number of followers or sales (no one ethically can), but I can promise a clear strategy, consistent execution, and data-backed optimisation every month. My goal is to build a social presence that actually supports your business: stronger brand positioning, better content, deeper community, and more opportunities for the right people to find and trust you.

Initial 1-on-1 Call to understand Your Business and Marketing goals
Think of this like a briefing session where you tell me what your business is, what unique proposition your business gives, your existing marketing goals (or campaigns, if any), and talk about existing content stock.
Full Social Media Pages Audit and Optimisation
I will go through all of your social media pages, identify areas to improve based on your industry, the value your business provides, and what your competitors are doing. Look at your content and messaging to see which ones get the most interactions from your audience, so basically a content analysis. Look at the current content pillar and identify or modify these key content pillars. After auditing all the platforms, I will give suggestions on key platforms to focus on, which ones to drop, and create a mood board per platform.
Social Media Strategy and Planning.
An overall social strategy that is broken down per platform with specific plans for execution. With the inclusion of a community strategy, basically, how the business will connect to its audience on social.
Content Planning, Direction/Creation, and Scheduling
I will create the content plan (through Google Sheets) for the month and break it down in a calendar via Google Slides or Notion, give content direction for the business with a content creator or create content using existing content stock provided, and schedule everything for you.
Community Management
Interacting with audiences, reaching out to potential clients, and building a community on each platform (because that's what matters in social and what sells). This will be based on the community strategy in the overall social media strategy.
Reporting, Trendspotting, and Optimising
At the end of each month, I create a monthly report that analyses performance by format, identifies top-performing posts and clarifies why they worked, Spot which content FLOPPED and recommend “keep/tweak/drop” actions, identify any trends that are happening that can be used for social (format, element, or audio), and refine strategies based on performance.
