Process

Step 1 – Project Brief & References We define the type of space, mood, style, and deliverables. Floorplans, sketches, or CAD files are welcome.

Step 2 – Notion Workspace Access You’ll receive access to a Notion dashboard to track progress, comments, and delivery stages.

Step 3 – 3D Modeling & Scene Setup I create or adapt the 3D model, set lighting, materials, and environment based on your creative direction.

Step 4 – Review & Adjustments Preview images are shared for feedback. One round of adjustments is included (e.g., camera, lighting, props).

Step 5 – Final Delivery Final renders or animations are delivered, ready for your portfolio, client deck, or real estate listing.

Can you work from AutoCAD or SketchUp files?
Yes, I can import and adapt various file types including DWG, SKP, or PDF plans.
Do you include furnishings and props?
