Build & Enable: Set up dashboards, SOPs, automations, access/permissions, and the meeting OS. Train owners.
Run & Optimize: Weekly reporting, blockers cleared, continuous SOP improvements, and small automation wins.
Scale & Coach: Hiring/onboarding support, renewal and vendor hygiene, budget visibility, and change management.

  • What tools do you use?

    Notion, Slack, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp, Jira, Trello, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Suite, Airtable, Zapier, Make, and basic BI (Looker Studio). I adapt to your stack.

  • What access do you need?

    Editor/admin access to relevant workspaces, dashboards, and billing where needed; read access for finance where possible. Slack/WhatsApp/Telegram channels as applicable. I can work under an NDA.

  • What’s included vs. out of scope?

    Included: Operations design, team cadence, SOPs, light finance ops visibility (tracking/alerts), hiring enablement, vendor management, and automation setup. Out of scope (unless added): Accounting/bookkeeping, legal/compliance audits, custom software development, advanced BI engineering, paid media buying, and HR litigation.

  • How do you communicate and how often?

    Weekly status reports + a short standup/weekly call, with Slack/Email for quick updates. Cadence matches your team’s pace.

  • What about time zone and availability?

    I’m based in Kenya (EAT) and overlap easily with US and Europe hours. I can flex for critical windows with notice.

  • Who owns the work?

    You do. All artifacts, dashboards, SOPs, and automations are yours at handoff.

  • How do changes work?

    If scope shifts, I’ll surface options early (trade-offs, add-ons, or timeline changes). No surprises.

  • What’s your revision policy?

    Each deliverable lists its revision rounds (1–2 typical). Extra rounds or re-scoping can be added.

  • Can you work with vendors/partners?

    Yes—coordination, renewals, deliverables, and accountability are part of the service.

  • Security & data handling?

    Least-privilege by default, documented access, and clear offboarding. I’m happy to follow your internal policies.

  • Project Critical Availability

    Additional availability can be scheduled for launches, renewals, audits, or migrations. Extended or weekend hours may be billed at your standard hourly rate or a pre-agreed surcharge.
