Weekly status reports, a short standup/weekly call, and Slack/Email for quick updates. Cadence will generally align with your team vibe.
I’m based in Kenya (EAT) and overlap easily with US and Europe hours. I can flex for both basic and critical milestones depending on where you're located.
You do. All deliverables, boards, and documents are yours at handoff.
If scope changes, I’ll flag it early with options (trade-offs, add-ons, or timeline shifts). No surprises, I'll always communicate effectively to ensure we are on the same page.
Each deliverable includes 1-2 revision rounds (light edits). Extra rounds or re-scoping can be added as needed.
Yes! I’ll coordinate timelines, owners, and deliverables with vendors and partners, and help keep everything on the up and up.
Additional availability is offered for launch/critical weeks with prior notice. Extended or weekend hours can be scheduled and may be billed at the standard hourly rate or a pre-agreed surcharge.
