A simple plan that defines update rhythm (standups/weekly meets), who gets what, and where. Delivered as a 1-pager Notion Board with a side of calendar holds if desired.

RAID Log (Risk/Issue Register)
Lightweight tracker with owners and next steps to keep risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions visible. Notion DB plus final PDF export if needed.

Concise status each week with progress, next priorities, blockers/risks, and decisions needed. 1 report per week of engagement plus a final summary on project wrap-up.
