FAQs

• What do you need from me during the project?

  Availability to be responsive in providing feedback & approval of work & for you to be able to provide content as required in order to meet timings.

• Do you have payment plans?

  For most projects, payment will be 50% at the start of the project and 50% on completion. For long duration projects, payments can be divided by service. Please note that the minimum charge for any project is 180€ + VAT.

• What languages do you work in?

  We can work professionally in English & Spanish, with a sprinkle of Catalan :)

• What’s automatically included in the quote?

  Meetings, designing and any other time required in order to complete the work. Please note that travel outside of Barcelona city for meetings is not included, but is available on request.

• Is there anything not included in the quote?

  You will be responsible for any contracts or costs with third parties (commercial stock images or illustrations). Designs may be used in the studio portfolio, unless you specifically inform us that work is confidential.

• What if I need the design faster?

  Timings are based on minimums needed in order to meet the deadlines of all clients, comfortably. Should you require something urgently, you will be charged a 20% pre-agreed rush fee.

• How many revisions
are included?

  Projects charged by hour or day rate don't have a limit of revisions, but extensive rounds of revisions can lead to delays in delivery of work and increased costs.
