What's included

  • Comprehensive Discovery & Strategy Workshops (4 sessions)

    A process-driven series of four online workshops (three hours each) that will help us build mutual trust, understand your aspirations, and provide a roadmap and foundation for your brand. I will assist you in identifying your brand's values, mission, vision, and purpose, better understanding your brand positioning, and defining your authentic brand identity, including your brand archetype, brand voice, tagline, and ultimately its visual identity.

  • Naming (if needed)

    If you don’t have a name that you’re truly confident about, I can help you find one that resonates internally and, just as importantly, aligns with your market or audience. Depending on the brand’s reach and exposure, we’ll need to register it and ensure we clear any intellectual property (IP) issues. *Please note that this item is not included in the package but can be added and properly discussed, as it affects the overall budget and timeline.

  • Brand Identity (visual & verbal identity)

    After the workshop and now having a roadmap with a clearer understanding of the brand's needs, aspirations, and audience, we're set to shape its visual identity. This will involve working on logo design, typography usage, color palette, iconography, design and grid systems, stationery, tone of voice, applications, and more.

  • Comprehensive Brand Guidelines (brand asset management tool)

    The brand guidelines are fundamental toolkit for you and your team. It provides comprehensive details on the proper use of logos, colors, fonts, and imagery to maintain a cohesive brand appearance. Additionally, they cover tone of voice, key messaging, and brand positioning to ensure all communications accurately reflect the brand's identity and values. A brand/digital asset management (BAM/DAM) system can be implemented to ensure all brand resources are centralized, standardized, and up-to-date.

  • Commercial Deck (30 pages)

    A comprehensive commercial deck, up to 30 pages, or any suitable digital document designed to effectively reach and engage potential clients, investors, or partnerships. This tailored document will be designed to meet your specific communication needs and objectives. InDesign files will be provided for easy customization and further editing.

  • Stationery, Applications & Merchandise (12 items)

    High-quality stationery, merchandise, and applications communicate professionalism and attention to detail. They play a crucial role in branding by creating consistent and distinctive touchpoints for clients and customers. From business cards and tote bags to outdoor signage, I’ll help you craft beautiful items and objects that make sense for your business, including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, tote bags, notebooks/sketch pads, folders, outdoor banners, email signatures, vehicle wraps, indoor or outdoor signage, branded clothing, thank you cards, and more.

  • Social Media (starting kit & 8 templates)

    Everything you need to set up two social media platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn or other. This includes profile pictures, banners, single posts, carousels, and stories — all designed to align with your brand and help you stand out. You will receive custom templates and guidelines that will help you grow your audience engagement through consistent visual and verbal communication.

  • Website (5 Pages)

    A unique website will be created using a low-code/no-code platform like Webflow, LayTheme, Cargo, Framer, or Readymag. The process begins with building a user experience framework to ensure the website is intuitive and user-friendly. High-fidelity mockups will then be developed to display the actual colors, typography, images, and branding elements. Interactive prototypes will be created to explore the website's functionality, allowing for detailed fine-tuning before development. Depending on the technological challenges, a developer may be required, which could affect pricing. *Please note that data/web migration, hosting, and CMS platform costs are at the client's expense.
