This is our first touch base to get to know each other and see if we could be a good match in collaborating together.
👀 Native English Proofread
I include a proofread of your content and will flag up anything that doesn't make sense, is unclear, or if there are any errors in your copy.
Editorial design
On the platform or software of your choice. I work with Keynote, Powerpoint, InDesign and Canva primarily.
Editable files available on request
If you need editable files, +30% of original cost.

Availability to be responsive in providing feedback & approval of work & for you to be able to provide content as required in order to meet timings.
For most projects, payment will be 50% at the start of the project and 50% on completion. For long duration projects, payments can be divided by service.
I can work professionally in English & Spanish, with a sprinkle of Catalan :)
Meetings, designing and any other time required in order to complete the work. Please note that travel outside of Barcelona city for meetings is not included, but is available on request.
You will be responsible for any contracts or costs with third parties (commercial stock images or illustrations). Designs may be used in the studio portfolio, unless you specifically inform us that work is confidential.
Timings are based on minimums needed in order to meet the deadlines of all clients, comfortably. Should you require something urgently, you will be charged a 20% pre-agreed rush fee.
Once you are happy with the proposal, you will receive a contract agreement to sign and work can start on receipt of 50% confirmation payment, or 180€+VAT minimum payment for small projects. Please send your invoicing details to avoid any delays.
